For the 24 Hours of Le Mans, MissionH24, a collaboration between the Automobile Club de l’Ouest and H24Project for the deployment of hydrogen in motorsport, will be at the heart of the ACO H2 Village with a remarkable exhibition: a 14-meter diameter transparent bubble structure will house the H24EVO and its partners. An exceptional setting for intense events, particularly on June 11 at 11:30 a.m.

Dedicated to hydrogen, the 2025 ACO H2 Village will present two themes to the thousands of spectators expected at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the fourth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship. One part of this 2,500 m² area will be dedicated to hydrogen mobility, the other to hydrogen racing and endurance racing. MissionH24 will thus occupy a central position. The collaborative program between the Automobile Club de l’Ouest and H24Project, launched in 2018, will showcase its third-generation hydrogen-electric prototype, the H24EVO. Unveiled last year, this sleek machine, with its ambitious aerodynamics, will be joined by key partners.

Under a transparent dome, spectators will be able to discover this innovative car and some of its crucial components. Symbio will have a fuel cell system, Michelin an “educational” tire, while McLaren Applied, Multimatic, Bosch, Isoclima, Sobek, Momo, and BrightLoop will share their expertise with the public. TotalEnergies, the exclusive supplier to MissionH24, will equip the ACO H2 village with a 700 bar mobile H2 station and will be publicly refueling hydrogen racing prototypes late Wednesday and Friday afternoon. These are not-to-be-missed moments.

A date to remember: June 11 at 11:30 a.m. will be the official inauguration of the ACO H2 village by Pierre Fillon, President of the ACO and Co-President of MissionH24, and Jean-Michel Bouresche, CEO of H24Project and Co-President of MissionH24. This event will be the setting for important announcements.

A pioneering program, MissionH24 will host the SDIS72 and ENSOSP, entities working for the safe deployment of hydrogen, with standards sometimes yet to be written. As a testament to this essential collaboration for the future of hydrogen mobility, the 2025 National Firefighters’ Congress will be held at the Le Mans circuit from October 8th to 11th.

Note that Adrien Tambay will lead tours of the MissionH24 dome starting Wednesday, June 11th. The schedule will be confirmed on June 6th.
